We also have extensive experience in total facility management and some of the projects are Newton Meadows, Villa Chancery, Kim Yam Heights, East Cove Residences with an annual gross turnover of $500,000.00
St. Martin’s Place, Goldenhill Condominium, One Balmoral, Jubilation Apartment, Newton Meadow, Clemenceau Court, Toho Garden, Nim Park were sold en-bloc with a total transaction value estimated at almost $800,000,000.00

Most were settled out of court.
