The Company had been established since 11 Nov 2015 and its Principal Mr.PremKumar had been managing residential, commercial and industrial properties since 1989 both in Singapore and Malaysia. We are Registered Property Managers registered with the LPPEH (Lembaga Penilaian, Pentaksir, Ejen Hartanah & Pengurus Harta Malaysia) and are professionals with vast experience and well versed in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2013, Act 757.
